1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of any delay due to stock or unexpected situations, we will notify you.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery time may take:

  • Local / Within City: 2–4 working days
  • Within State: 3–6 working days
  • PAN India: 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.
  • Free Shipping may be available during special offers or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email.
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure the delivery address and mobile number are correct.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled as per policy.

6. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Shipment

If you receive a damaged, wrong product, or if your order shows delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (images / unboxing video). Our support team will assist you under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
