1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of any delay due to stock or unexpected situations, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery time may take:
- Local / Within City: 2–4 working days
- Within State: 3–6 working days
- PAN India: 5–10 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.
- Free Shipping may be available during special offers or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email.
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure the delivery address and mobile number are correct.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled as per policy.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Shipment
If you receive a damaged, wrong product, or if your order shows delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (images / unboxing video). Our support team will assist you under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
