1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled.
- If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, shipping/handling charges may be deducted as per policy.
3. Cancellation by Kanya Wear
Your order may be cancelled by us in rare situations such as:
- Product out of stock
- Technical or payment issue
- Incorrect pricing or system error
- Suspected fraudulent order
- Unserviceable delivery location
In such cases, customers will be informed and refund will be processed (if applicable).
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized or altered orders
- Special sale or promotional orders (if mentioned “No Cancellation”)
