1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, shipping/handling charges may be deducted as per policy.

3. Cancellation by Kanya Wear

Your order may be cancelled by us in rare situations such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Technical or payment issue
  • Incorrect pricing or system error
  • Suspected fraudulent order
  • Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, customers will be informed and refund will be processed (if applicable).

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized or altered orders
  • Special sale or promotional orders (if mentioned “No Cancellation”)
