You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Eligible for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product
- Size issue (exchange only, subject to availability)
Condition of Product
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
Products with stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of use will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale / Discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
- Items marked as “No Return / No Exchange”

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Approved return successfully received
- Product out of stock
- Order cancelled by us
Refund Mode:
- Online payment → Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → Refunded to bank / UPI provided by customer
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
5. Exchange Policy
- Product will be exchanged for same product or size (subject to availability)
- If replacement is not available, refund will be issued
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
7. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery
If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer refusal, shipping charges may be deducted.
8. Company Rights
Kanya Wear reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request if the policy terms are not followed.
